Privacy

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no session identifier. Two places involve personal data, and both are ones you choose to use: the contact form, and paying through the support page.

This policy covers jkuldev.com only. Each product — Reclaim, Gossip Buzz, Ekkul, OnAir and the Halo apps — handles data on its own terms, described where that product lives.

What the website stores on your device

One thing: your light or dark theme preference, kept in your browser's localStorage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on the next visit. It never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Clearing site data removes it.

The contact form

If you send a message, we store what you typed — your name, email address, an optional subject and the message — in our database, hosted by Neon in the United States. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of a conversation if it continues. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

Ask us to delete a message and we will; there is no retention we need it for beyond answering you.

Support payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this site: the payment happens on Stripe's own page, and we receive only what Stripe shows us afterwards — the amount, the date, the receipt, and the email address you gave them. Stripe's handling of that data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

A support payment buys nothing, so there is no account, no licence and no profile created for you here.

Server logs

Our host keeps short-lived access logs — the usual IP address, page and user agent — as any web server does, for operating the site and dealing with abuse. We do not analyse them and we do not build profiles from them.

Maps

The map on the contact page is an image served from this site. Looking at it sends no request to Google, Apple or OpenStreetMap. Only if you click a directions link does your browser go anywhere else.

Your rights

Email us and we will do it: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, no verification hoop beyond making sure we are replying to the right person.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect — there is not much to broaden.
